It's HOT this week. As many of you have felt the rather warm weather this week. You might not know, that we are currently in a widespread heatwave or what some are calling the 2016 #HeatDome that has centered itself directly over our state. As of July 22, 2016, 124 million people are under an excessive heat warning, excessive heat watch or heat advisory. So, what does this mean for us kayak enthusiasts this weekend?

This is surely a fun activity even under the scorching heat of the sun. Anything that gives you a great view of bodies of water is good or your body. I am sure even if it's hot, there will still be a little wind which produces positive ions when it collides with the water. We haven't mentioned it's also a great way to cool down. I am going to include this activity in my bucketlist. I just keep talking about but I haven't tried it really.
